KCS Important Rules.

THE 10 NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES (memorize these)

  1. Reuse > Create
    If reuse is an option → it’s correct.

  2. Improve as you go
    Fix content while solving, not later.

  3. Article reuse = Outcome
    Doesn’t matter how dumb it sounds.

  4. Activities ≠ Outcomes
    Writing, linking, reviewing = activities
    Value, reuse, deflection = outcomes

  5. Solve Loop = in the moment
    Case → search → reuse → link → improve

  6. Evolve Loop = patterns & trends
    Gaps, demand, lifecycle, quality

  7. Collective ownership ALWAYS
    No heroes. No gatekeepers.

  8. Publish only if standard is met
    Not manager approval. Not reuse count.

  9. Coaching > policing
    Every time.

  10. Knowledge in the workflow
    Separate KB tools = wrong.
