Fix cPanel ubuntu openstack setup.

Change hostname to valid tld and execute the below commands.
```
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/mkwwwacctconf --reset 
```

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/servers_queue run

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/post_snapshot --yes
